食管癌组织MCM2的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨MCM2作为细胞新增殖指标的可靠性及其对判断食管鳞癌预后的意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测134例食管鳞癌组织中MCM2及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达,分析它们的相关性及与食管鳞癌分化、分期和预后的关系。结果MCM2的表达强弱与食管癌的分化程度密切相关,分化越低,表达越明显(P<0.01);表达强弱与食管癌的临床分期无关。MCM2与PCNA呈显著正相关(r=0.701,P<0.01)。COX回归模型显示肿瘤分期、MCM2为独立的预后指标。结论MCM2可作为判断食管鳞癌增殖速率和预后的独立指标,其高表达提示预后不良。Objective, Study expression and prognostic significance of MCM2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC）. Methods： Expressions of MCM2 and PCNA in 134 cases of ESCC were detected by immunohistochemistry. Analyzed the correlation between MCM2 and PCNA and their relations with the differentiation , classification and prognos is of ESC. Results： Expression of MCM2 was related to histological grade, more poorly-differentiated, more overexpressed （P 〈 0. 01）. MCM2 was not correlated with clinical stage. MCM2 positively correlated With PCNA （r = 0. 701, P 〈 0. 01）. Cox regression revealed that tumor stage and MCM2 were independent prognostic factors. Conclusions ： MCM2 is an independent prognostic factor of ESCC ,it＇s a overexpression indicates a poor prognosis.
