摘　　要：在30具灌注红色乳胶的成人尸体上,借助手术显微镜调查了60侧颈阔肌的肌纤维、血液供应和神经的分布.两侧颈阔肌内侧缘的肌纤维多数相互交错,在颏下形成一倒置的“V”字型.供应颈阔肌及其皮区的动脉主要是面动脉、颏下动脉、甲状腺上动脉和颈横动脉,其次为颈外动脉、耳后动脉和枕动脉.支配颈阔肌的神经是面神经的颈支.The myofibrillae. vascularity and innervation of the platysma were investigated under operating microscope on 30 adult cadavers (60 platysmas) infused with red latex. The findings were as follows; Most medial fibres of the bilateral platysmas crossed each other, forming a upside down 'V ' shape below the chin. The platysma and platysma cutaneous region were mainly supplied through the facial artery, the submental artery, the superior thyroid artery and the transverse cervical artery; the other arteries involved in blood supply were the external carotid artery, the posterior auricular artery and the occipital artery. The nerve which innervated the platysma was the cervical branch of the facial nerve.
