食管壁内淋巴管的研究

摘　　要：应用光镜、电镜观察和研究了新生儿尸体的食管壁内淋巴管的细微分布及超微结构.结果发现食管粘膜层仅见到毛细淋巴管;在粘膜下层、肌层及外膜层均见到毛细淋巴管及淋巴管.粘膜层的毛细淋巴管位于粘膜肌浅侧,粘膜下层的毛细淋巴管多沿粘膜肌深部附近和环肌层浅侧分布,肌层的毛细淋巴管只存在于肌束间的结缔组织内,而肌纤维束内不存在毛细淋巴管.外膜有较多的淋巴管.超微结构可见毛细淋巴管内皮细胞核多向管腔突出,内皮细胞无孔窗、无周细胞、基膜不完整,在内皮细胞质中有许多细胞器,大量的囊泡遍布胞质各处,内皮细胞间主要由重叠、嵌插及端端连接.The fine distribution and ultrastructure of lymph vessels of the esophagus were observed by light and electron microscopy in the cadavers of newborn babies. Lymph vessels and capillaries were found in the submucosa, muscle and adventitia tunics. Lymph capillaries were also found in mucosal layer, but lymph vessels were not. Lymph capillaries in the mucosa were found in the superficity of the mucosal muscle. Lymph vessels and capillaries in the submucosa were found in the profound of the mucosal muscle and the superficity of the circular muscle. In the muscularis lymph vessels and capillaries not could only be found between circular muscles, between longitudinal muscles and between circular and longitudinal muscles, but also between muscle fiber bundles of each layer. In the adventitia tunics there were large lymph vessels situated near the longitudinal muscle. The lymph capillaries observed by electron microscopy were sturcturally similar to lymphatics seen elsewhere in the body. The en-dothelial lining was thin and nonfenestrated, and had no pericytes and a continuous basal lamina. There were large vesicles distributed in the endothelial cytoplasmic. The endothelial cells were jointed to each other by three types of intercellular junctions end to end. overlapping and interdigitating.
