摘  要:采用热裂解色谱/质谱法研究茶叶的指纹图谱,考察了热解温度、热解时间对指纹图谱的影响.并采用模糊聚类数据处理手段对图谱进行综合分析,结果表明:同一等级的茶叶相关系数>0.900,不同等级的茶叶相关系数<0.820.为茶叶的品质鉴定建立了一个快速、简便、科学的测试手段.该方法准确、灵敏度高、谱图信息丰富以及重现性好,使茶叶质量控制又迈进了新的一步.The fingerprint for the characterization of tea has been developed by pyrolysis chromatographic/mass sepectrometry. The effects of pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis time on the fingerprint has been studied in this paper. According to the relative rented times and the relative area resultants in chromatographic fingerprint, a comparison is conducted with fuzzy cluster analysis. The result shows that the correlation coefficient of the same grade tea is more then 0. 900 and that of the different grade tea is less than 0. 820. Pyrolysis Chromatography/Mass Sepectrometry is a fast, simple and scientific determination method for the identify of quality of tea. The method is accurate , delicate and abundant in information. It has a good reproducibility and makes a great progress in the quality control of tea.
