摘　　要：文章分析了企业建立管理信息系统(MIS)的一般方式,根据中小型企业的特点,提出引进与开发相结合的建设思路,建立适合自身特点的系统,并分析了相关的数据库集成、界面集成等关键技术问题,为中小型企业的信息系统建设工作提供借鉴。in light of the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyses the general method of the development of the management information system（MIS）, then it puts forward a new model： the combination of introduction and self-development, Finally, it discusses some key techniques concerning the integration of related databases and interfaces to help enterprises develop thoir own MIS.
