摘 要:目的:探讨针刺抗休克的机制。方法:复制家兔失血性休克模型,观察针刺“内关”穴对休克时体液因素的影响。结果:休克30 m in时,血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)、心钠素(ANP)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、组织胺(H ist)等含量比休克前明显增多。休克60 m in时,对照组各指标含量继续升高;在针刺组,血压显著上升,AⅡ等指标含量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:针刺对休克时体液因素的调整作用可能是其抗休克机制的一个重要方面。Objective: To explore the antishock mechanism of acupuncture. Method: Firstly, the rabbit model with hemorrhagic shock was duplicated, then the effects of acupuncturing "Neiguan" acupoint on humoral factors were observed. Result: Thirty minutes after the rabbits were in shock , the plasma contents of angiotensin Ⅱ (A Ⅱ ), atrial natriuretie peptide ( ANP), thromboxane B2 (TXB2), 6-ketone-prostaglandin F1α (6-keto-PGF1α), serotonin (5-HT) and histamine (Hist) were obviously increased compared with those before they were in shock. Sixty minutes after the rabbits were in shock, aU the abve-mentioned indexes of control group increased continuous- ly ; the blood pressure of acupuncture group increased significantly, while the contents of A Ⅱ and so on decreased significantly compared with those of control group. Conclusion: The role of acupuncture in adjusting humoral factors in shock may be an important mechanism of antishock.
