摘　　要：采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对学生参与课外体育锻炼的目的、项目、场地、频度、时间等五个方面进行了调查分析,旨在为更好地开展大学生课外体育锻炼提供参考依据。In order to provide some valuable gist for developing the college students participating sporting activities outside class, we analyzed their participating aim, events, field, frequency and time of exercises by questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics.
