摘  要:目的 探讨脑星形细胞瘤中P^53和PCNA在星形细胞瘤中的表达意义。方法 将48例病理诊断为星形细胞瘤的实验标本制成4μm厚切片,严格按照免疫组织化学法即链菌亲合素-过氧化物酶法(S-P法)进行实验操作。结果 1 PCNA阳性细胞率随星形细胞瘤病理级别的升高而增加,而且病理级别与阳性细胞增殖指数间显著正相关。2 P^53表达阳性的星形细胞瘤PCNA-LI高于P^53表达阴性的星形细胞瘤,差异有显著性,且P^53与PCNA在星形细胞瘤中的表达呈正相关。结论 P^53、PCNA在星形细胞瘤中的共同表达能很好地反映肿瘤恶性程度及增殖活性,可以作为判断星形细胞瘤的病理类型分级及其预后和选择治疗方法的一组有价值参考指标。Objective To study of P^53 and PCNA in human brain astrocytoma and explores their expressive meaning in the astrocytoma. Methods Forty - eight experimental specimens which are pathological diagnosis of astrocytoma are prepared into sections with a thickness of 4μm. Experimental operation should be made in strict accordance with immunohistochemistry method, namely, the streptococcus antibiotic protein - peroxidase (S - P process) method.Results 1 The percentage of PCNA positive cells increases with the upgrading of the pathological gradation of star cell tumors. Besides, the pathological gradation is pesitively related to the proliferation index remarkably.2 The astrocytoma PCNA - LI with positive expression of P^53 is higher than the negatively expressed astrocytoma of P^53 The difference is significant and P^53 is pesitively related to PCNA expression in star cell tumors. Conclusions The joint expressions of P^53 and PCNA in the human astrocytoma can represent the tumor malignancy and proliferous activity well and can be used as a set of valuable reference indices for the determination of pathological type gradation of astrocytoma and its prognosis, and selection of curative treatment.
