摘　　要：本文回顾了组织学习的相关文献,提出了一种整合的组织学习模型。在此基础上,笔者通过对一个民族IT企业的实地调研,总结了其在组织学习方面的成功经验,在通过案例研究佐证本文提出的组织学习模型的同时,为中国企业的组织学习实践提供了一个可以借鉴的模式。Organizational learning theory is a focus question in academe. An integrated model of organizational learning has been put fox, ward based on relative literature reviewing. By an investigation of a national IT enterprise, this paper summarizes its successful experiences in organizational learning. As proving the model of organizational learning that the paper proposed through case study, the author attempts to propose a mode that can be used in the practice of China＇s enterprises organizational learning.
