草酸钾溶液防止前牙根管治疗后牙冠变色的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察30%草酸钾溶液防止前牙根管治疗后牙冠变色的临床效果。方法将100名适应症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,采用vita比色板和自身同名牙对照的比色方法,治疗组在前牙进行根管治疗中使用30%过饱和草酸钾多次处理根管髓腔后,观察两组牙冠的颜色变化。结果治疗1年后两组牙冠变色无差异(P>0.05);治疗后2年两组牙冠变色有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论使用30%草酸钾封闭牙本质小管可有效防止及减少前牙根管治疗后牙冠变色。Objective To observe the effects on Preventing crown surface from discoloration after front teeth root canal therapy by potassium oxalate. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups （control group and experiment group） and treated front teeth root canal therapy with root canal pulp chamber several times by 30% supersaturated potassium oxalate, and then compare their crown surface discoloration ＂with Vita Shade Guide and their autogenous tooth colour by the colorimetric method. Results There was no different crown surface discoloration in the control group and the experiment group in six months, but significant differences were found between the two groups a year later. Conclusions Applying 30% supersaturated potassium oxalate to block dentinal tubule could prevent or reduce crown surface discoloration effectively after front teeth canal therapy.
