摘　　要：在实际企业系统中,企业知识资本对企业绩效的影响关系可能是非线性的、复杂的。为了探讨知识资本对企业绩效的影响,设计企业知识资本对企业绩效影响的BP神经网络模型,包括网络结构设计、网络学习与泛化能力检验和网络应用等内容。In real firm system, the effects of firm＇s intellectual capital on business performance are non- linearity and complicated. This paper propoaes the BP neural network model of the effects of finn＇s intellectual capital on business performance, including network selecting, network structure design, network training, generalization testing and the application of BP neural network model to determine the weight of the variables measuring intellectual capital.
