摘　　要：论述了医院以现有医院信息系统为基础,开发门诊传染病信息报告系统的原则与方法;总结了系统应用在简化医院内传染病报告流程,及时、准确、全面地捕捉传染病疫情信息,提高医院传染病报告管理工作的水平和效率,开拓应用信息化建设管理医院公共卫生工作思路等方面取得的成效。This article discusses that the principles and way of developing reporting system of infectious diseases during outpatient services based on present hospital information system. This system has made achievement on shorten reporting process, reporting infectious information with exactly, timely and totally. This system improves reporting management effectively and efficiently and improves public health management with information tool.
