金黄地鼠颊囊癌变过程中α-连接素表达的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨α-连接素(α-catenin,α-cat)在金黄地鼠颊囊癌变过程中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测23例正常金黄地鼠颊囊黏膜上皮组织、22例单纯增生上皮组织、22例异常增生上皮组织、29例鳞癌组织中α-cat的表达情况。结果α-cat在正常金黄地鼠颊囊黏膜上皮组织中均匀、强烈表达;在异常增生组织中α-cat的表达降低,在鳞癌中的表达明显降低,与异常增生相比差异有显著性。结论α-cat的表达减弱与金黄地鼠颊囊癌变密切相关,可作为恶变的一个较好指标。Objective：To investigate α-catenin expression during check pouch carcinogenesis in golden hamster. Methods： Expression of α-catenin was examined with immunohistochemical SABC method in 23 cases of check normal buccal epithelium of golden hamster,22 of hyperplasitic epithelium,22 of dysplastic epithelium ,29 of squamous cell carcinoma. Results：Normal buccal epithelium showed strong pericellular staining in the basal, suprabasal and prickle cell layers. Positive rates（ % ） of α-catenin in normal buccal epithelium,hyperplastic epithelium, dysplastic epithelium and squamous cell carcinoma were 100,100,77.3 and 41.4 respectively. Conclusion： The decreased expression of α-catenin may be related to the carcinogenesis of golden hamster check pouch.
