细针吸取细胞学检查乳腺肿块91例临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价细针吸取细胞学检查在乳腺肿块诊断价值。方法1998年～2002年用细针吸取细胞学检查诊断乳腺肿块91例对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果乳腺良性肿瘤和恶性肿瘤准确率分别是90％和100％。结论细针吸取细胞学检查快速简便，病人无痛苦，对术式选择有较大的价值。Objective Appraise the diagnostic value of the test of cytology that the cells were sucked with ting pin from the tumor of the mammary gland. Methods There are 91 case to be analyzed about sucking the cells with the ting pin to diagnose the mammary gland from 1998 to 2002. Results The accurate rate of benign tumor is 90%, malignnat tumor 100%. Conclusion The test of cytology sucking the sells with ting pin from the tumor of the mammary gland is simple and convenient to operate and the patients hare no paid. It is of great value to select the way of operation .
