乳腺导管内乳头状瘤病27例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺导管内乳头状瘤病的发病特点，诊断以及治疗。方法对我院2000年1月～2004年12月收治的27例手术后病理证实的乳头状瘤病进行回顾性分析和总结。结果本组27例，其中22例首发症状为乳头溢液，占81．48％。其中20例行乳导管造影，18例示乳头状瘤病，2例示乳头状瘤，2例行乳导管内窥镜，1例示单发乳头状瘤，1例示乳头状瘤病。5例首发症状为肿块。术后病理诊断：乳头状瘤病24例，乳头状瘤病伴恶变3例。乳导管内乳头状瘤病的恶变率是11．11％。结论乳导管内乳头状瘤病最常见症状为乳头溢液。术前行乳导管造影有较高的确诊率。乳导管内乳头状瘤病存在一定的恶变率。Objective To investigate the characteristic, diagnosis and treatment of the intraductal papillomatesis. Methods The clinical data of 27 cases who were diagnosed as intraductal papillomatesis from January 2000 to December 2004 were collected and analyzed retrospectively . Results Among those 27cases, 18cases were confirmed histopatholngically to be intraductal papillomatesis,The confirmed diagnosis rate of intraductal papillomatosis by galactngrnghy was 90.00%. Carcinoma - change rate of the intraduetal papillomatesis was 11.11%. Condusion Nipple dischange is the most common symptom in the intraductal papillomatesis. The galactography is a valuable method in the diagnosis of the intraductal papillomatosis.. There is carcinoma - change poaaibility in the intraductal papillomatesis.
