α-连接素表达与宫颈癌生物学行为及预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨α-连接素(α-cat)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与生物学行为和患者预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测α-cat在41例宫颈癌和10例正常宫颈组织中的表达;同时检测癌组织中Ki-67的表达。结果α-cat蛋白主要定位于上皮细胞交界处,10例正常宫颈组织均呈正常表达,68.3%的宫颈癌组织表达异常,两组间差异显著(P<0.01)。α-cat表达与宫颈癌的分化程度,淋巴结转移,肌层浸润深度和预后显著相关(P<0.05),而与宫颈癌病理类型、临床分期、增殖程度以及患者年龄无关(P均>0.05)。宫颈癌的临床分期、细胞分化程度和α-cat蛋白表达可作为判断患者预后的独立因素。结论宫颈癌广泛存在α-cat蛋白表达下调,α-cat蛋白表达可作为评估宫颈癌分化、浸润转移和预后的较好指标。Objeαive To investigate expression ofα -catenin in human cervical cancer and its biological behaviors and patient prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical S - P staining ofα - cat in 41 cervical carcinomas and 10 normal cervical sampes was performed. Results Abnormal immunoreaαivity forα - cat { 68.3% ） in cervical cancer was observed which was different from normal group [ P 〈 0.01 ）. Abnormal expression of α - catenin was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation status ,lymph node metastasis s the depth of cancer invasion and prognosis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No significant association was found between abnormal expression ofα - cat and tumor pathology type, clinical stage, proliferation status and age （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Tumor clinical stage, proliferation status and the expression of α - catenin can all be independent prognosic faαors. Conclusion Decreased expression ofα - catenin occur frequently in cervical cancer. Expression of α - cat protein may be a useful marker for assessing differentiation, invasion s metastasis and prognosis of human cervical cancer.
