^(89)锶治疗前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌骨转移的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察放射性核素制剂氯化89锶(89Srcl)治疗癌症骨转移病人的临床疗效。方法40例前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌骨转移病人,行89Srcl治疗,治疗前后行ECT全身骨扫描及骨痛打分,前后进行对比。结果有一部分病人病灶减少或消失,疼痛减轻,85%以上患者可以达到显效。结论89Srcl对大多数前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌骨转移有止痛及治疗作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and clinical significance of 89^Srcl in treating bony metastases cancer patients. Methods Forty patients of prostagland carcinoma, breast carcinoma, lung carcinoma with bony metastases were treated by 89^Srel and scaned by ECT to the bone of whole body then scorced to the bone ache. Results Some patients showed shadow relieve or disappear and ache relieve . Effective rate was over 85%. Conclusion It is effective to treat the bone metastases of prostagland carcinoma, breast carcinoma, lung carcinoma by 89^Srcl.
