儿童恶性淋巴瘤33例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童恶性淋巴瘤的临床特点。方法回顾分析33例儿童恶性淋巴瘤的发病年龄、性别、部位、分期、病理、治疗等临床资料。结果发病年龄段在5岁～14岁之间；男性多于女性；淋巴结和全身多处器官均可受侵，首发部位主要位于颈部；病理类型HD主要为淋巴细胞为主型和混合细胞型，NHL则分布相对分散，二者分期均以Ⅲ和Ⅳ期、有B症状者多；治疗后患儿达CR者较少，大多为PR，且达PR后多放弃治疗。结论儿童恶性淋巴瘤为常见儿童恶性肿瘤；疗效与病理分型和临床分期、规范治疗相关。Objective To explore the clinical features of the childhood malignant lymphoma. Methods The clinical data include age, gender, tumor position, stage, pathology and treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Resuits Children suffer from lymphoma were 5 to 14 years old; male were more than female; lymph nodes and other part of body were invaded, the main part was in neck; the pathology of HD most were lymphocyte - rich and mixed cellularity, NHL were various, the stage were Ⅲ and Ⅳ; the lymphoma were more with B symptom; most patients were partial response, who then give up treatment, only few were complete response. Condusion Malignant lymphoma was common in childhood cancer, curative effect are related to pathology, clinical stage and regular treatment.
