现代企业融资结构理论与我国职业体育俱乐部融资结构的选择

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,应用现代企业融资结构理论的合理内涵,对目前我国职业体育俱乐部的融资结构进行研究,认为目前我国职业体育俱乐部融资结构的选择应以股权融资为主,并辅之适当比例的债权融资。在俱乐部具备内源融资的能力时,应优先选择内源融资。By using the methods of documentary, experts interview and logic analysis, this paper researches the financing structure of professional sports club of our country by applying the rational dement of modem enterprise＇ s financing structure. It thinks that the financing structure should firstly choose the Stock financing, and apply the Creditor＇ s fights financing in proper cent. When the professional sports club has the ability of Endogenous financing, it＇ d better apply Endogenous financing firstly.
