摘 要:跳跃动作是花样滑冰自由滑动作技术的核心。运用国际先进的艾利尔运动技术分析软件及生物力学三维录像DLT分析方法,对世界上高水平运动员的后外点冰跳跃动作进行运动学分析,得出运动员起跳后在垂直方向腾空高度、水平方向的速度和空停时间、环节角度等参数并进行了科学的分析,为教练员和运动员攻克难度动作提供了理论基础。分析得知在缓冲阶段我国男运动员要适当提高最低点重心的高度,努力提高蹬冰阶段水平动能向垂直方向上的转化率;女运动员应增加助滑的水平速度。The action of jumping up is seen as the technical core of free skating of figure skating. Adopted the world-advanced APSA system, with the assistance of the method of three-dimension analysis of sports biomechanics, this study analyzed the jump action techniques of the top sportsman in the word wide . The respective values on the Axis-Z in the air, the original speed on Axis-x (the main moving direction) and tache angle were found and analyzed in a scientific way, in order to provide a strong technical base for the coaches and sports to overcome difficult actions and improve technical actions. Based on the analysis, it was found that during the stage of the buffer, Chinese male athletes should increase properly a little bit lowest center of gravity of height and strive to improve the conversion rate that perpendicular square heading up; female athletes should increase the level speed of helping skating.
