大肠肿瘤对平滑肌药理特性的影响

摘　　要：对１６例大肠癌边缘的平滑肌进行药理生理方面的研究。结果发现大多数（７８％）平滑肌无自发的节律性收缩，与正常平滑肌相比肿瘤旁平滑肌对氯化钾和乙酰胆硷的收缩反应明显较弱。在异搏定对氯化钾致平滑肌收缩的抑制效应方面，肿瘤旁平滑肌和正常平滑肌之间存在一定差别。因此，大肠癌的存在不仅对正常的组织结构产生破坏，面且会在药理生理特性方面产生影响。harmacologic study was made in large intestinal smooth muscles adjacent to the tumorin 16 patients in vitro. No autonomic rhythmical contractions were found in most smoothmuscles beside the tumor(78%)The contractions of the adjacent smooth muscles producedbv KCL and Ach were apparently weakened compared with the normal.Some differences ininhibitory effect of Verapamine were found between the smooth muscles beside the tumorand the normal.These results showed that large bowel cancer nor only destroys the normaltissue structure,but also disturbs the nearby smooth muscles response to drugs.
