HA方案治疗28例慢性粒细胞白血病的疗效分析

摘　　要：采用 HA 方案治疗28例 ph 阳性慢性粒细胞白血病(CML),结果:CR 23例,PR 5例。CR中4例 ph 阳性细胞百分比轻度下降。随访2年,无细胞遗传学进步的19例中10例发生急变,而有细胞传学进步的4例仍在缓解中。说明 HA 方案缓解率高,并可使部分 CML 患者获得细胞遗传学进步和预后改善。The therapeutic effect of HA regimen on 28 patients with Ph chromosome positive chronic myelog- enous leukemia(CML)is reported.The ph positive cells in bone marrow account for 100% in all cases prior to the treatment.Methods:hemoharingtonine 2～3 mg for 5～7 days infusion,Ata—C 50mg twice daily for 5～7 days infusion.After 7～10 days'interval they were recommenced.Results:in 23 patients complete remisson(CR)was achieved among whom 5 had minor cytogenetic progress:the Ph positive cell drop ha percentage of 77%,80% 80% and 35% was observed in 5 cases partial remission was obtained.After two years' follow-up,ten out of 19 cases no cytogenetic progress was transformed into blast crisis,while in 4 cases of cytogenetic progress remained in CR.Conclusion:HA regimen not only induces high remission rate in CML patients,but also achieves minor cytogenetic progress and prognostic amelioration in partial cases.
