摘  要:目的了解E钙黏附素(ECD)、自分泌运动因子受体(AMFR)在乳腺癌组织中的表达状况及临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组化SABC方法研究101例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织ECD、AMFR的表达。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌ECD表达明显下调,组织学Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05),ECD表达随级别增高而减弱。ECD表达水平与淋巴结是否转移相关(P<0.05)。与正常乳腺组织相比,浸润性导管癌AMFR明显高表达,表达水平与乳腺癌组织学分化差、TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。ECD与AMFR表达强度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌同时存在ECD表达下调和AMFR表达上调,联合运用这两项标记对于估计乳腺癌的生物学特性具有重要价值。Objective To investigate the expressions of autocrine motility factor receptor (AMFR)and E-cadherin (E-CD) in breast carcinomas and assess their clinicopathologic characteristics. Methods The expressions of AMFR were determined in 101 cases of primary breast cancer using immunohistochemical SABC method. Reults The expression of E-CD was significantly downregulated in invasive ductal carcinoma. Positive expression of E-CD correlated significantly with histologic grade and lymph node metastasis(P 〈 0. 05 ), with decreasing level from grade1 to grade 3. Compared with normal breast tissues, AMFR was higher in breast carcinaomas, which was significantly associated with poor tumor differentiation and TNM stage(P 〈 0. 05 ). An inverse correlation was found between E- CD and AMFR expressions(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Downregulated E-CD and upregulated AMFR express simultaneously in invasive ductal carcinoma. Dual use of these two markers may be useful to evaluate the biologic potential of breast carcinomas.
