摘 要:目的观察哌仑西平脂质体对鸡眼形觉剥夺性近视的疗效。方法1d龄鸡40只,随机分为Ⅰ正常组;Ⅱ单纯遮盖组;Ⅲ空白脂质体组;Ⅳ哌仑西平脂质体组。均以右眼为实验眼。在实验的2周、4周、6周检测4组动物右眼屈光度,并于6周时测量其眼轴长度和赤道部直径。结果2周和4周时,哌仑西平脂质体组与遮盖组和空白脂质体组屈光度比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),哌仑西平脂质体组和正常组屈光度比较差异显著(P<0.05)。6周时,哌仑西平脂质体组与遮盖组和空白脂质体组比较屈光度、眼轴长度有显著性差异(P<0.05),而赤道径无显著性差异(P>0.05),哌仑西平脂质体组和正常组比较各项指标差异显著(P<0.05)。结论哌仑西平脂质体混悬液滴眼能部分抑制近视的发生、发展,随着用药时间的延长,这种抑制效应愈明显。Objective To observe the effect of pirenzepine liposome on form deprivation myopia in chicken. Methods Forty one-day old chicken were divided into four groups randomly including normal control group( Ⅰ ), form deprivation group( Ⅱ), empty liposome group( Ⅲ), pirenzepine liposome group( Ⅳ ). The right eyes of all chicken were set as experimental eyes. The deprived eyes of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ received topical application of empty liposome and pirenzepine liposome three times a day, respectively. Refraction was made on the 2rid, 4th and 6th weeks, respectively. Axial length and equatorial diameter were measured at the end of the experiment. Results No significant difference were found in refraction status between group IV and group Ⅱ ,Ⅲ, as well as between group Ⅱ and Ⅲ on the 2rid and 4th weeks(P 〉0.05), but the difference was significant between group Ⅳ, Ⅱ ,Ⅲ and Ⅰ (P 〈 0.05). On the 6th weeks,difference of refractive status,axial length, equatorial diameter of the eyes between group Ⅳ and Ⅰ was significant (P 〈 0.05). Significant difference of refractive status and axial length of the eyes between group Ⅳ and group Ⅱ, Ⅲ was also found(P 〈 0.05), but the difference was not significant in equatorial diameter(P 〉0.05). There was no significant difference between vehicle control and form deprivation group when these optical measures were mentioned(P 〉 0.05), but the difference of these optical measures was significant between group Ⅳ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and group Ⅰ (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Topical application of pirenzepine liposome could partly inhibit the development of myopia, the inhibitory effect is obvious with prolonged application.
