摘 要:研究了溶液酸度、光强度、光照时间及显色剂用量对Fe(Ⅲ)-PAR络合物光还原反应的影响。在pH 4.5 HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,PAR溶液浓度为1.11×10-3mol/L,250 W荧光高压汞灯照射40 min,Fe(Ⅲ)-PAR络合物光还原反应可趋于完全,据此建立光还原代替化学还原测定微量铁的新方法,该方法用于食用菌中微量铁的测定。The effects of solution acidity, light intensity, illuminating time and PAR amount on the photoreduction of Fe( Ⅲ )-PAR complex were studied. The results showed that in a HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH 4.5) with the concentration of PAR 1.11 × 10^-3 mol/L, Fe( Ⅲ )-PAR complex, which was illuminated by the high-pressure fluorescent Hg-lamp (250 W) for 20 min, could be transformed into Fe( Ⅲ )-PAR complex completely. Based on the results, a new photoreduction method was developed to hopefully substitute the traditional chemistry reduction method for the determination of micro-iron. The new method was applied successfully in the determination of micro-iron in the fungus and satisfactory results were obtained.
