摘　　要：本文报告８例三脑室区肿瘤经右侧脑室造瘘──中帆入路外科治疗的体会，讨论中帆组织结构的位置及相互关系、入路方法注意事项及不同入路的比较。认为该入路具有一定实用性，特别有利于处理三脑室中部发生的肿瘤，同时也可以与侧脑室室间孔入路并用，增加显露范围，便于手术操作。This article reported the 8 cases treatment of the third ventricle tumor through rightlateral ventricIostomy-velum interpositum approach.We discussed the tissue structure position ofvelum interpositum and the relation each other,the attention of appronch method and the comparisonof different approachs,It is indicated that this.approach has its practicality:it is advantageous to treat-ing the tumor of the mid-third ventricle;it also applys together with the approach of Monro’s foramenof lateral ventricle to increase exposure limits.
