两种方法测量根管工作长度的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:比较研究NeosonoTM根管测量仪和X线手感法用于根管治疗的准确性。方法:抽取80例根管治疗病例,随机分为两组,在根管预备前分别应用NeosonoTM根管测量仪和X线手感法进行根管测量,以此长度进行根管预备和充填。然后摄X线牙片,比较其准确率。结果:用NeosonoTM根管测量仪和X线手感法指导的根管充填准确率分别为92.5%和82.5%,差异有显著性。结论:NeosonoTM测量仪是一种操作方便、准确率高的根管长度测量仪,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of electronic method and the handing combined with X - ray method for measuring work length of root canals. Methods： 80 cases who needed root canals needed root canal therapy were divided into two groups, their work length were measured with Neosono^TM apex locator （A group） and the handing combined with X - ray method（ B group）, after root canals clotted temporary, the teeth were imaged with X - ray, then their accuracy was compared. Results： The accurate rate of A and B groups were 92.5% and 82.5% respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0, 05）, Conclusion： Neosono^TM electronic apex locator is an effective and simple method for measuring the canal length.
