摘  要:目的:比较研究NeosonoTM根管测量仪和X线手感法用于根管治疗的准确性。方法:抽取80例根管治疗病例,随机分为两组,在根管预备前分别应用NeosonoTM根管测量仪和X线手感法进行根管测量,以此长度进行根管预备和充填。然后摄X线牙片,比较其准确率。结果:用NeosonoTM根管测量仪和X线手感法指导的根管充填准确率分别为92.5%和82.5%,差异有显著性。结论:NeosonoTM测量仪是一种操作方便、准确率高的根管长度测量仪,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of electronic method and the handing combined with X - ray method for measuring work length of root canals. Methods: 80 cases who needed root canals needed root canal therapy were divided into two groups, their work length were measured with Neosono^TM apex locator (A group) and the handing combined with X - ray method( B group), after root canals clotted temporary, the teeth were imaged with X - ray, then their accuracy was compared. Results: The accurate rate of A and B groups were 92.5% and 82.5% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0, 05), Conclusion: Neosono^TM electronic apex locator is an effective and simple method for measuring the canal length.
