摘　　要：目的探讨胃平滑肌肿瘤诊断与外科治疗方法。方法对1995年8月～2005年6月本院收治的胃平滑肌肿瘤68例临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果胃平滑肌肿瘤肿块较大，大多位于胃底体区，胃平滑肌肉瘤多以出血、上腹痛、上腹包块为临床表现。胃镜、X线钡餐、CT检查有助于诊断。结论对考虑胃平滑肌肿瘤患者应积极手术治疗，术中积极进行快速冰冻切片，确定肿瘤性质，合理选择手术方式。Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgery treatment of gastric smooth muscle tumor. Methods Clinical data of 68 cases with gastric smooth muscle tumor from August 1995 to June 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Tumor mostly locate in the fundus and corpus of the stomach. Some patients of gastric smooth muscle tumor have the triad of bleeding and epigastric pain and mass, gastroscope x -ray Ba meal and CT is helpful for diagnosis. Conclusion Cases with gastric smooth muscle tumor should be treated with surgical operation . Rapid freezing slice during operation can help distinguish the characteristic of tumor and choose the best operation manner.
