摘　　要：私有财产是神圣的,私有财产的神圣性不是靠宣示而是靠制度设计。我国关于保护私有财产权的法律制度还存在一些缺陷,应当进一步完善私有财产权的宪法保护。Private property is sacred; The sacredness of the private property is not depending on being declared, but on the system designed;The legal system of protecting the private property still has some defects;The private property should obtain the legal status equalling with public property; The safeguard of private property in Constitution of the people＇s Republic of China ought to be improved.
