免增灵对小鼠血清白细胞介素-2和肿瘤坏死因子的影响

摘　　要：目的研究免增灵对小鼠血清白细胞介素-2(interleuk in-2,IL-2)和肿瘤坏死因子(tumour nec-rosis factor,TNF-α)的影响。方法采用上海森雄科技实业有限公司生产的“小鼠白细胞介素-2定量酶联检测试剂盒”和“小鼠α-肿瘤坏死因子定量酶联检测试剂盒”测试小鼠血清中的白介素-2和α-肿瘤坏死因子。结果小鼠经环磷酰胺(化疗)后,小鼠血清的白细胞介素-2和α-肿瘤坏死因子生成减少,而免增灵可以对抗环磷酰胺的此种抑制作用,使之恢复正常。结论免增灵能改善和提高环磷酰胺降低小鼠血清白细胞介素-2和α-肿瘤坏死因子含量的功能。Objective To study the influence of Mian Zeng Ling on mice intedeukin -2 （IL - 2 ） and tumor necrosis factor （ TNF - α）. Methods Determination of the quantity of IL - 2 and TNF - α in the serums on mice by reagent - box produced by Shanghai Senxiong Science and Technology Co. Ltd. Results Mian Zeng Ling can raise the TNF - α in serums on mice, after injection of perito- neal of cyclophosphamide. The quantity of α - TNF in serums on mice is declining, Mian Zeng Ling can act against above action,thorefore the quantity of TNF - α raise remarkably. Mian Zeng Ling also can act against cyclophosphamide which reduce mice IL -2 quantity. Therefore Mian Zeng Ling improve and raise quantity of mice IL -2. Conclusion Mian Zeng Ling can improve and raise IL -2 and TNF -α quantity declined by cyclophosphamide.
