肝癌细胞脱氧核糖核酸含量的肿瘤生物学意义

摘　　要：通过应用图像分析技术对42例肝癌细胞脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)含量进行定量测定,结果发现:肝癌细胞DNA含量低倍异倍体者12例,高倍异倍体者30例。两者在病理分级,瘤体大小,包膜突破,癌栓形成率及预后诸方面均有显著性差异。提示DNA含量测定可准确反映肝癌的生物学特性,有助于临床上评价病情,判断预后。DNA content was quantitatively determined in 42 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) by image analysis technique. The result showed that low and high aneuploid DNA content were found in 12 cases and 30 cases respectively. The two groups revealed significant differences in pathologic grading, tumor size, tumor capsule invasion, cancerous thrombus formation and prognosis. It is suggested that analysis of DNA content can provide a precise reference for evaluating the biologic feature and prognosis of HCC.
