氯芬待因对神经痛镇痛效果的临床评价

摘　　要：氯芬待因片系口服复方镇痛药。每片含磷酸可待因１５ｍｇ和双氯芬酸２５ｍｇ。为验证其对中度神经痛的镇痛效果，对５８例患有颈肩臂痛、腰骶神经痛、三叉神经痛及枕神经痛的病人，采用随机双盲对照法进行了临床试验。结果表明氯芬待因对神经痛的镇痛效果明显。Diclofenac-Codeine compound tablet(DCFC)is an oral analgesic.Each tablet contains 15 mg of codeine phosphate and 25 mg of diclofenac sodium,In order to verify the analgesic effect of DCFC on moderate neuralgias,we performed a clinical trial in patients with neck-shoulder-arm pain,lumboacral pain,trigeminal neuralagia and occipital neuralagia by randomized,double-blind,placebo controlled method.The results showed that the anaglesic effect of DCFC was statistically significant.
