少数民族地区基础教育发展的问题及对策思考——以四川省少数民族地区为个案考察

摘　　要：四川省的少数民族主要分布在甘孜藏族自治州、阿坝藏族羌族自治州和凉山彝族自治州。近几年,民族地区的教育取得了一些引人注目的成就,但由于少数民族地区经济欠发达,人们思想观念落后等一些原因,教育事业的发展上面临许多困难与问题,因此必须转变教育观念,加大教育经费投入,加强师资队伍建设,调整整体教育结构,以促进四川少数民族教育的发展。Minority peoples in Sichuan live mainly in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture. The education there has made noticeable achievements in recent years. But many difficulties and problems occur in the process of education development there due to underdevelopment of local economy and backwardness of thought and concept, as a result, to advance the ethnical education development in Sichuan needs change of educational concept, increase of educational outlay, enhancement of teaching troop construction and adjustment of whole education structure.
