摘　　要：做好新形势下教学实验场的思想政治工作十分重要。要创新思想政治工作的方法,就要认真分析情况,注重干部形象,为群众多办实事、好事和采取丰富多彩的形式,同时,要加强组织体系的建设。Ideological and political work is very important in the new situation. The method innovation of ideological and political work requires to conscientiously analyse the concrete conditions to pay more attention to the cadre images, to do more read and better work for the masses, to use rich and varied work styles. Meanwhile, the construction of organization system should be strengthened.
