摘　　要：利用MCGS组态软件和数据采集板卡对汽车制动防抱死(ABS)电子控制系统的运行状态进行实时监控,功能仿真,充分展现汽车ABS电子控制系统的组成,实现在脱机状态下的动态测试,实时故障检测、故障诊断,故障模拟,具有直观、方便、节省开支的优点,在汽车教学中收到较好效果。Based on MCGS configuration software and data collection board, this paper puts forward a system to realize the real-time monitoring and function simulating of automobile ABS（anti-skid brake system） operating state,it can open out the constitution of ABS electronic controlling system , realize dynamic testing , malfunction real-time detecting , diagnosing and simulating in off-line state .This system is of many merits such as easy to comprehend, convenient and lower cost, thus, acquiring better effect in automobile teaching.
