生血颗粒对血虚模型小鼠的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察生血颗粒对血虚模型小鼠的作用。方法:分别采用失血法和腹腔注射环磷酰胺法制作小鼠血虚症模型,测定小鼠外周血象,股骨骨髓有核细胞数,计算胸腺、脾脏指数。结果:生血颗粒可以增加失血性血虚模型小鼠的红细胞数、血红蛋白含量、胸腺和脾脏指数;生血颗粒可增加环磷酰胺所致血虚小鼠的血小板数、骨髓有核细胞数、胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结论:生血颗粒具有生血、补血的作用,并具有促进骨髓造血功能。OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Shengxue granules on blood-deficient model mice. METHODS This model was made on mice by exsanguinations and ip cyclophosphamidum respectively. RBCs, WBCs, PLTs, the quality of hemoglobin, bone marrow nucleated cells（BMNC）, index of thymus gland and spleen were detected. RESULIS Shengxue granules could increase RBCs ,the quality of hemoglobin and index of thymus gland and spleen of the blood-deficient model mice induced by exsanguinations; Shengxue granules could increase PLTs,BMNC,index of thymus gland and spleen of the blood-deficient mice induced by cyclophosphamidurn. CONCLUSION Shengxue granules could promote hematopoiesis, produce blood,and supplement blood.
