摘　　要：目的:对近年来大肠癌组织中生存素(Survivin)和β-连环蛋白(β—catenin)的表达及相关性的研究进行综述。方法:参阅新近公开发表的中外文献进行阐述大肠癌组织中Survivin和β-catenin的表达及其相关性。结果:Survivin主要定位于大肠癌细胞胞浆中,正常成熟细胞中不表达;在正常黏膜及癌旁黏膜中β-catenin阳性染色主要位于细胞膜,局部胞浆淡染。但在腺癌(瘤)中,其阳性染色主要位于细胞浆,并有部分细胞核阳性的出现,而细胞膜的阳性却明显下降。结论:①大肠癌组织中Survivin的表达明显高于正常组织。②大肠癌组织中β-catenin阳性主要位于细胞浆,而细胞膜的阳性却明显下降。③β-catenin过表达可能使Survivin水平上调,并可能表现为正相关。Objective：To review the recent studies on the expression and association of survivin and β- catenin in colorectal carcinoma. Methods：Reading literatures related to the expression and association of survivin and β- catenin in eolorectal carcinoma and reviewing them. Results：Survivin located in cytoplasm of colorectal carcinoma cells, which did not express in normal mature cells. Expression of β- catenin was positive in cell membrance of normal and pericancerous mucous membrance, and less expression of that in part cytoplasm. In adenocarcinoma,the expression of β- catenin was positive in cytoplasm and part cell nucleus, which decreased in cell membrance. Conclusion：①The expression of survivin in colorectal carcinoma is markedly higher than that in normal tissues. ②The expression of β - catenion in cytoplasm of colorectal carcinoma cell is positive and higher than that in cell membrance. ③Overexpression of β - catenin may upregulate the level of survivin, which indicates β - catenin is positively correlated with survivin.
