后囊连续环行撕除对白内障摘除术后并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察白内障超声乳化吸除后房型人工晶体植入术及后囊连续环行撕除的远期疗效和并发症。方法：将各种类型的白内障患者45例（48只眼）分成两组，年龄16～75岁，分别行白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶体（Intraoeular Lens，IOL）植入和白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶体（Intraoeular Lens，IOL）植入联合后囊连续环行撕除术，术后观察比较人工晶体的位置，晶状体囊膜的混浊，患者的视力和并发症的发生情况。术后随访6～36个月。结果：术后2年2组患者人工晶体位置均稳定，无视网膜脱离、继发性青光眼和顽固性葡萄膜炎发生；术后2年2组患者视力、后囊膜混浊（PCO）程度比较，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论：超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶体植入术（IOL）联合后囊连续环行撕除，操作简便，疗效好，并发症少。Objective：To observe the future curative effect and complications of posterior capsule continuous circular capsulorhexis for cataract surgery. Methods： Posterior capsule continuous circular capsulorhexis for cataract surgery and phacoemulsification were performed on 48 eyes of 45 cases with the senile, traumatic, complicated and diabetic catatract. The age of 16～75, after 6～36 months follow- up, the vision acuity, position of Intraocular Lens（ IOL）, capsule opacity and post- operative complications were investigated. Results： After 2 year, The pesitin of all IOL was in the optical center. The complications, such as retinal detachment, secondary glaucoma and persistent uveifis were not found, there was statistical defference between the two groups in uncorrected visual acuity and after- cataract. Conclusion： The posterior capsule continuous circular capsulorhexis for cataract surgery is safe, effective with little complication.
