摘  要:目的:制作SiO2/PMMA纳米复合物,探讨对义齿人造牙硬度和耐磨性的提高效果。方法:采用原位分散法将SiO2纳米颗粒在MMA单体中进行分散,按人造牙制作的常规方法制作硬度和耐磨性实验试件,按照纳米颗粒含量分组进行实验分析。结果:SiO2/PMMA纳米复合材料的硬度值和摩擦磨耗值分别高于和低于常规方法制作的热凝树脂人造牙,随着SiO2/PMMA纳米颗粒含量的增加,硬度值增大,摩擦磨耗值减少(P<0.01)。结论:SiO2/PMMA纳米复合物可提高义齿人造牙的硬度和耐磨性。Objective: To study the enhancing effect on hardness and wearability of artificial teeth made from nano-composite. Methods: Making and grouping sample from the nano-composite polymerized with the SiO2 Manometer panMe diffused in MMA monomer according to different content, the harness and wearability test were gone through and analyzed. Results: The hardness and wear value of SiO2/PMMA nano-composite polymer are higher and lower than the heat-curing resin teeth made by conventional method, and along with SiO2 Manometer particle propotion increased the hardness value increased, eontemporarily wear value decreased (P〈0.01). Conclusion: SiO2/PMMA nano-composite can enhanced hardness and wearability of artificial teeth.
