天津市郊区县农民就学“一村一名大学生计划”的动因研究

摘　　要：天津市郊区县农民就学“一村一名大学生计划”的功因很多,既有政府创造了良好的就学条件的影响,也有个人内在对教育的渴望和社会经济发展对高素质农民的需求的推动。本文结合天津市郊区县社会经济发展的实际情况,从就学方式的改变、就学条件的改善等八个方面做了比较详尽的阐释。There are many reasons for the plan of＂One Village One College Student＂for the farmers in the suburbs of Tianjin, which is encouraged not only by the preferable learning conditions but the individual desire for the education and the need of economic developments from the society. The article explains in eight aspects the changes in learning methods and conditions, compared with the practical developments of economy in the suburbs of Tianjin.
