摘　　要：节能降耗已成为我国“十一五”规划中明确的重要内容,反映单位国内生产总值能耗变化的指标——产业单位产值电耗比应当引起高度重视。对设计形成的该指标进行论述,分析上海“九五”和“十五”期间不同产业的单位产值电耗比。通过计算该指标,可以掌握节能降耗重点、挖掘节能降耗潜力和准确进行电力需求预测。Energy saving and consumption reducing has been an important standpoint of the 11^th five-year plan. Ratio of electric power consumption per unit output value of industry should be paid more attention to. This paper explains and analyzes the index during the 9^th five-year and the 10^th five-year period, then draws the conclusion that by utilizing this index we can grasp the focal point of energy saving, have a definite objective to tap the potential of energy saving, as well as forecast electricity demand exactly.
