阿霉素神经干注射联合三叉灵胶囊治疗原发性三叉神经痛105例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西结合治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法203例原发性三叉神经痛患者,随机分为2组,治疗组105例,对照组98例,治疗组以阿霉素行三叉神经干注射术并联合应用中药三叉灵1号胶囊。对照组口服卡马西平,对比观察疼痛积分、疼痛持续时间、发作频率及临床疗效,并进行统计分析。结果治疗20天后观察,2组在疼痛积分、疼痛持续时间、发作频率上差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率98.1%,对照组总有效率76.5%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论三叉神经干内阿霉素注射联合中药三叉灵胶囊治疗三叉神经痛,疗效显著。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of Sanchaling capsule and nerve tnmk injection with adriamycin on primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods 203 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （n = 105） and control group （ n = 98）.The patients in treatment group were treated by combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine （Sanchaling capsule and injecting adriamycin into trigeminal nerve）;the patients in control group were treated with carbamazepine. The pain score, attack frequency, duration of pain and clinical efficacy were compared and statistically analyzed between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 20-day＇ s treatment, there were significant differences in the observed factors between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01） .The total effective rate in treatment group was 98. 1%, which was 76.5 % in control group, the treatment group was superior to control group （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The combined treatment of Sanchaling capsule and adriamycin nerve trunk injection is effective in treating primary trigeminal neuralgia.
