摘　　要：目的:总结急性闭角型青光眼的急救与护理。方法:尽快降低眼压,做好手术前、后护理,针对性心理疏导。结果:52例急性闭角型青光眼患者出院眼压均正常,无并发症发生。结论:迅速有效的降低眼压可挽救视功能,护理对策得当可减少并发症发生,提高治愈率。Objective ：to summarize the first - aid and nursing of acute angle - closure glaucoma. Methods ：To reduce the eyes pressure of patients as soon as possible, to nurse them well before and after operation and to give them the psychological leading. Resuits ： The eyes pressure of 52 patients suffered from acute angle - closure glaucoma were normal and no complications were found when they left hospital, Conclusions： Reducing eyes pressure effectively and in good time could retrieval the patients＇optical functions. Appropriate nursing could decrease the complications and increase the cure rate of acute angle - closure glaucoma.
