摘  要:缓速酸用缓蚀剂由乌洛托品、咪唑啉季铵盐、OP-10组成,利用复配产生的协同效应,抑制和减缓缓速酸对金属的腐蚀速率。利用正交试验确定了最佳的复配比:缓蚀剂用量占缓速酸用量的0.5%,咪唑啉与OP-10质量比为2.0:1.0,乌洛托品与OP-10质量比为0.5:1.0。含有此配方的缓蚀剂对N-80钢试片的腐蚀速率为0.3329 g/(m2·h),远远低于行业标准。The entitled new corrosion inhibitor was composed of hexamethylenamine, quatemary ammonium bisimidazoline, and OP- 10. It had synergetic effect after compounding and could inhibit the corrosion of retarded acid to the metal. The optimum compositions were determined using orthogonal test as follows:the content of corrosion inhibitor 0.5 % (based on the mass of retarded acid), the mass ratio of quaternary ammonium bisimidazoline to OP- 10 2.0: 1.0, the mass ratio of hexamethylenamine to OP - 10 0.5: 1.0. The corrosion inhibitor developed had corrosion rate of 0. 332 9 g/( m^2· h) to steel piece which was much lower than the industrial standard.
