摘　　要：“企业化培养”高等职业教育模式是以先进的企业管理理念为核心、以优秀的企业文化为背景、以现代企业的先进技术为依托,充分体现高等职业教育培养目标、专业设置、培养氛围、教学管理、培养过程、产学研结合的“企业化培养”特色。通过“企业化培养”强化高职学院与企业之间的无缝衔接,以现代企业的人才需求为目标,推动企业整体人力资源开发。The present paper expounds a new way of tranning professional college students according to enterprise operation mode. As its name suggests, enterprise opeation mode is characteristic of modern enterprise management concepts,rich enterprise culture,advanced technology and equipment,which are fully embodied in the major sectors of higher vocational education, such as training goal, specialty/curriculum provision, training atmosphere, teaching administration, training process and production - learning - research combined,etc. The training Pattern helps intensify ＂seamless＂ link-up between college and enterprise in turn propels HR development of enterprise at large.
