摘 要:目的通过对实习医生全身体格检查技能的强化训练、护理操作训练和医疗操作训练,提高其临床操作能力。方眭对临床医学本科1999级、2000级实习学生进行全身体格检查强化训练;对实习(一系)的2000级学生进行护理及四大穿刺技术训练。与1998级学生、1999级在其他医院实习的学生和2000级二系学生对比观察。结幂经成绩对比,P〈0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论临床技能培训工作从“松散式”边学边做的模式转变为与“规范化”、“制度化”的培养模式相结合,有助于提高实习医生临床操作能力。Objective To train interns in physical examination skills, nursing procedure and medical treatment procedure so as to improve their clinical operational skills. Methods The intern students of year 1999 and year 2000 majoring in clinical medicine received intensive training in physical examination skills. The interns of year 2000 (Department One) of our college were trained in nursing procedure and 4 puncture procedures. The control group consisted of year 1998 students and 1999 students having internship in other hospitals and year 2000 interns (Department Two). We observed and compared the scores of physical examination and clinical operational skills in the graduation examination. Results All the scores differed significantly between year 1999 and year 1998 interns, between year 1999 students having internship in our hospital and those in other hospitals, and between year 2000 interns of Department One and Department Two ( P〈0. 001 ). Conclusion The model of clinical operational skills training has transformed from an "ineompact model" in which interns learn from practice to a "standardized and system-regulated model". It will improve interns' clinical operational skills.
