摘 要:以有限元法作为结构分析手段,建立金刚石六面顶压机的关键零部件———铰链梁的有限元力学模型和结构优化设计模型,在考虑疲劳强度的条件下,完成铰链梁的结构优化设计,为金刚石六面顶压机关键零部件的设计提供一套较为完整的设计方法和设计系统。同时,针对铰链梁的具体情况和特点,采用IGES数据交换标准,实现实体建模软件Pro E和有限元分析软件ANSYS之间的有效数据交换,形成一个较为有效、完整的铰链梁CAD(computeraideddesign)CAE(computeraidedengineering)集成设计系统,为CAD(computeraideddesign)CAE(computeraidedengineering)CAM(computeraid edmanufacture)系统集成研究提供有益的尝试。利用ANSYS的APDL参数化语言,编制铰链梁的结构优化设计程序ODPST,采用零阶优化方法进行铰链梁的结构优化设计,得到精确可靠的设计参数,有效提高铰链梁的抗疲劳性能和强度。By the means of the structural analysis, the key part of the diamond six-faces presse, the hinge sleeve's finite element model and the structural opting1 design model is set up, Taking into account of the fatigue intensity, the structural optimal design of the hinge sleeve has been finished. A comparatively complete design method and system could be afforded for the key part of the diamond sx-faee presser. According to the characteristic of the hinge sleeve, the dissertation realizes a data interchange between Pro/E and ANSYS in the IGES standard, The efficient integrated CAD( computer aided design)/CAE( computer aided engineering)system of the hinge sleeve is made out. It is a beneficial trial for the research of CAD( computer aided design)/CAE( computer aided engineering)/ CAM(computer aided manufacture) system integration. Using the APDL language of ANSYS, the structural optimal design pmgram- ODPST is programmed, Taking the CO (0-step) method, the accurate and reliable design parameter can be obtained. This improves the fatigue intensity of the hinge sleeve effectively, In the optimization process, the sensitivity analysis technology is used to improve ealeulation efficiency.
