摘　　要：文章主要从委托代理模型设计入手,分析了代理人在委托人解雇威胁确定可信与解雇非确定可信时,代理人的最优策略选择,并总结了分析的结论,提出了民营企业委托代理的几点建议。From the model design of principal-agent, this paper analyzed two types of agent＇s optimal strategy choice under the certain fire threatening and uncertain fire threatening of the client. And it summarized the conclusions; put forward some advices on principal-agent of private enterprises.
