摘　　要：木薯酒糟的机械脱水及干燥问题的研究需根据木薯酒糟的特点进行。本文探讨合理有效的脱水方法及高效节能的干燥方法。建立了干燥方程，为干燥的设计和生产提供依据。Mechanical dewatering and drying problems of cassava alcohol distillers'grains are researched in this paper. Based on characteristics of material treated, reasonableand effective dewatering and highly effective-energy-saving drying methods are studied inorder to solve problems of transportation and storage of cassava alcohol distillers' grains,providing with ways to make rational use.of cassva alcohol distillers' grains and eliminate itspollution.
