^(90)Sr-^(90)Y敷贴器治疗婴幼儿皮肤毛细血管瘤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析90Sr-90Y敷贴器治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤的病例选择、剂量安排、治疗反应及效果,以求在治疗小儿毛细血管瘤时获得最佳效果。方法:采用90Sr-90Y敷贴器对位于112例病人体表部位的皮肤血管瘤进行β射线外照射治疗。剂量安排:一次大剂量法5Gy～15Gy,酌情间隔4周～8周进行下一次治疗。结果:经1次～4次治疗后,治愈64例,治愈率为57.1%;显效38例,显效率33.9%;有效10例,有效率8.9%;无效0例。结论:对婴幼儿毛细血管瘤,90Sr-90Y敷贴器治疗具有疗效确切、简单易行、患儿无痛苦、皮肤无损伤、不留瘢痕等特点,可作为治疗毛细血管瘤的方法之一。Objective For taking the best effect of the ^90Sr-^90Y radionuelide applicator in treating of shin capillary hemangioma,to review and evaluate its dosage,response,and efficacy. Methods The ^90Sr-^90Y radionuclide applicator was used in 112 infant capillary hemangioma of skin. Dosage：5 Gy-15 Gy was accepted in first course. After 4 weeks- 8 weeks, next course was arranged. Rosults The rate of cure,obvious efficiency,and efficieney of shin capillary hemangioma was 57.1 %（64/112）,33.9%（38/112）,and 8.9%（10/112） respectively. Conclusion Theg ^90Sr-^90Y radionuclide applicator has proven to have high curative effects,with simple, painless, scatheless, and no sear in skin capillary hemangi oma of infant. It is one of the most efficiency methods in treating skin capillary hemangioma.
